Senior Enterprise & Partnership Sales ManagerWhat does a successful Senior Enterprise Sales Manager do at Fiserv?
As part of the APAC Digital Commerce team, you are responsible for driving new sales, profitability and growing the revenue, while collaborating with the broader leadership team as vital to ensure the success of overall business unit. Primary focus will be developing and expanding the business line(s) sales, product penetration and focused strategy, all within the context of the broader teams strategy and goals.
What you will do:
Act as a hunter to define the top global/ regional/Omni-channel merchants within APAC and build the relationship with the reference team to promote and influence the adoption of Fiserv solutions
Assist in managing alliances/partnerships clients and the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of accounts.
Works toward mutual goals and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance.
Incumbents will hold new sales responsibilities.
Alliances/partnerships/Enterprise may be established between Fiserv and third party sales organizations such as ISOs, Agents, Agent Banks, Value Added Resellers (VARs), Third Party Resellers, and others.
What you will need to have:
8-10 years' experience in Sales and Partnership management with strong consultative and strategic sales support skill sets.
Experience with Terminal certification, Retail ISO and PayFac is highly preferred
Relevant experience gained within a product sales / relationship role in supporting major banking, finance & technology partners are desirable.
Entrepreneurial and innovative, with the desire and capability to identify opportunities and develop new or alternative propositions for clients.
Highly self-motivated and results driven while being open to assume responsibilities by stepping up.
Excellent team player to facilitate close partnering with local and regional teams.
Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and thrive with engaging all levels of stakeholders.
Passion to learn new skills and ability to gain an understanding quickly.
