As a Network Engineering Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and evolution of FedEx's APAC network infrastructure. You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise WAN, Data Center, and Cloud networking environments while driving infrastructure projects, resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to network architecture and automation initiatives.

The position may require participation in shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to support project implementations and critical operations.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize the health and performance of WAN and Data Center network infrastructure across the APAC region.
- Design, implement, and support network-related projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timelines.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for network incidents, troubleshooting complex connectivity and performance issues.
- Manage network changes through established change management processes, ensuring compliance with documentation, audit, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with network service providers, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver infrastructure enhancements.
- Develop and leverage automation tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Contribute to network architecture, technology roadmaps, standards, and policies to support business growth and modernization initiatives.
- Support scheduled maintenance activities, infrastructure upgrades, and project deployments during off-business hours when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including WAN, Data Center, and Cloud networking environments.
- Strong expertise in WAN technologies, including IP Routing, VRF, BGP, EIGRP, and 4G/LTE backup solutions.
- Proven experience in network architecture design, implementation, administration, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving complex IP networking issues in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Cisco networking technologies and solutions.
- Experience with SD-WAN and Cisco ACI technologies is highly desirable.
- Exposure to network automation and scripting using Python, VBA, Perl, C, or similar programming languages is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
