Roles and Responsibilities:
Development of various technologies through increasing levels of maturity.
Forming project teams.
Develop integrated schedules with cost and staffing demand.
Author Statements of Work for supplier work (as needed).
Lead Engineering content for gate reviews (Tollgates).
Participate in fact-find meetings with customers.
Support / lead various management meetings and report up to Senior / Executive leadership.
Support / lead meetings with customers.
Develop / revise engineering project plans.
Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes within the project.
Monitor and report project performance, including key metrics and variances.
Develop and execute risk management plans.
Assist in mentoring junior EPMs.
Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes.
Utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems.
Develop and execute objectives for self and others.
Have the ability to affect short-term and some long-term business goals.
Provide timely communications on significant issues or development, maintaining a focus on safety and reliability.
Communicate with management on technical, organizational, resource, and personnel issues.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience (Including project management or Program Management).
This position requires U.S. citizenship status.

PMP certification.
Experience with systems, hardware and software design.
Working knowledge of ARP-4754A and DO-178B / C.
Knowledge of ARINC 661, MIL-STD-1553, DO-254, MIL-STD-810.

The base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $173,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 9/30/2026.
