The Team:
The Private Markets space is rapidly expanding and so is our product offering. This role is to lead a results driven team of developers and quality engineers rapidly building out offerings to facilitate key workflows powering the private markets lifecycle. Our next leader will be excited to deliver in a fast-paced environment managing a globally distributed team using AI, event driven design patterns and microservice architectures.
Responsibilities and Impact:

Own the technology aspects of the product team’s strategy to ensure and feature development aligns with product goals.

Involved hands-on in all aspects of SDLC process.

Lead engineering and solution architecture efforts.
-
Member of the leadership team, accountable for project prioritization, capacity planning, and the development and communication of goals and objectives to stakeholders.

Represent development team in customer-facing discussions.
-
Collaborate with external technology partners to onboard them for projects.
-
Responsible for career development of the team.

Drive innovation in our process and delivery methods, ensuring consistency across projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/related field
-
10+ Years in building large scale web-based systems
-
3+ Experience with Cloud Technologies, prefer AWS
-
5+ years team lead experience with a preference for experience managing managers
-
Experience with C# and/or Java with microservices
-
Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams
-
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with professionals from diverse backgrounds
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with JavaScript preferably React.
-
Experience with systems architected with event based design patterns
-
Experience with AI specifically computer vision and LLMs.
