To drive this shift, we are looking for a visionary, dynamic, and hands-on Senior Engineering Manager. Act as a catalyst for tech innovation, reducing time-to-market for new Free2move product features.
Guide your engineers through this technological shift, providing the coaching, mentoring, and change management needed to build an autonomous, AI-first mindset.
Maintain high delivery standards, code quality, and system reliability while transforming how the team operates.
Experienced Tech Leader: You have a proven track record as an Engineering Manager or Lead, ideally in fast-paced, product-led environments.
AI Workflow Advocate: You possess a deep, practical understanding of modern AI tools (GitHub Copilot/Cursor, LLM integrations, agentic workflows) and know how to leverage them to boost developer velocity safely and securely.
