Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage small to medium team of professionals as well as others with specialized knowledge in Power Systems, EBoP Equipment & Systems
- Collaborating with domain managers and platform leaders in resource planning for various projects and development of technology road maps for future business opportunities and strategy, while providing direction to the team
- Demonstrate expertise to provide consulting solutions to the engineers in projects as well as to the customers.
- Collaborate with sales team in providing customer focused solutions and enhance business opportunities for APAC region.
- Imbibe EHS culture in the team and ensure team follows business laid down procedures while working at site.

Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy. Identify, develop and implement actions to bridge skill gaps
- Drive lean and SQDC to provide optimum technical solutions delivered on time with right quality
- Support the business in creating and reviewing (in conjunction with relevant stake holders) systems solutions as part of the process, ensuring that solutions are technically fit for purpose and that technical risk is understood and managed with contingencies identified.
- Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility. Identify and propose improvements in processes, tools, system solutions and technologies
- Promote technical excellence within team through design / technical reviews, lessons learnt awareness and application, and technical innovation

- Work closely with ITO / CTH to analyse the technical proposals and identify the risks along with the mitigation actions without compromising on the customer expectations and reviews of deliverables in the proposal/bid phase

- Support sales team in providing technical presentations to the customers for winning orders thereby enhancing the business. Discuss complex technical requirements with customers based on technical expertise in Power Conversion Solutions

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Electrical with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Power Systems, EBoP Equipment & Systems
- Proficient in Power Conversion Products, Systems and Solutions
- Experience in Industry / Oil & Gas / Marine & Offshore projects
- Strong passion towards engineering excellence with respect to attention to details, engineering mindset and systems knowledge
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Capable of working with multi-disciplined international team with good personal organization skills
