Responsibilities
· Leading team of automation engineers responsible for projects primarily for Industry domain; Drive consistent design practices, common global OTR processes for projects implementation and provide technical solutions that meets the project and tender objectives
· Mentor / Coach engineers for execution of projects; Responsible for tracking project schedules, identifying risk proactively and formalizing mitigation plan
· Promote technical excellence through design / technical reviews, tracking milestones and margins for the contracts assigned to the team, lessons learned awareness and application, and technical innovation
· Support critical customer design reviews; comprehend and provide solutions for complex challenges
- Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including improving engineering processes
· Good understanding of clients, Industry, Function and Commercial markets.

- Work cross functionally across Engineering, Commissioning, Sourcing, Suppliers and Global units

· Work closely with ITO team to vet technical proposals, provide estimates, identify project risk and mitigation plan meeting customer requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Equivalent
- Proficient in Power Conversion Products, Systems and Solutions for Marine & Offshore segment
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Engineering in Industry domain
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills
- Capable of working with a multi-disciplined International team with good personal organization skills.
- Able to deliver solutions that present clear improvements to current practices
- Demonstrated ability in lean, standardization, and process improvement
