Here are some of the things we are looking for
You bring a curious mindset and are motivated by solving customer problems and delivering business value rather than focusing on a single technical domain.

You are adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments, building consensus between globally-distributed teams.
A commitment to high-quality engineering practices ensures the code you ship is robust, scalable, and ready for long-term ownership by partner teams.
You thrive in an environment of high visibility, using your communication skills to engage with stakeholders and grow your professional influence.
Experience in resilient software design and agile development helps you maintain a fast-track delivery pace across diverse projects.
Experience in coaching and mentoring those around you, leading by example in code quality, design discussions, and professional growth.
