Role Description:
Established Supply Chain professional. Develops elements of supplier improvement initiatives by conducting on site assessments, production readiness assessments, and supporting suppliers' implementation of CI.
Responsibilities:
- Performs onsite assessments with the buyers, quality, and engineering teams to drive supplier improvement.
- Identifies and removes barriers to the implementation of CI to better on-time delivery and quality for suppliers.
- Participates in production readiness assessments for New Product Introduction and rate increases, including capacity confirmation, to ensure a timely ramp-up to production volumes.
- Procurement to Pay cycle management
- Prepare and maintain MIS Reports
- Material ordering, delivery co-ordination
- Geo supporting – India and USA
Basic Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Engineering – Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Excellent communication skills, Negotiations skills, Analytical skill
- Effective use of SAP, Ariba, MS office
- Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to organize and plan work schedule.
- Always maintain a professional presentation in appearance
