Role Description:

Established Supply Chain professional. Develops elements of supplier improvement initiatives by conducting on site assessments, production readiness assessments, and supporting suppliers' implementation of CI.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs onsite assessments with the buyers, quality, and engineering teams to drive supplier improvement.
  • Identifies and removes barriers to the implementation of CI to better on-time delivery and quality for suppliers.
  • Participates in production readiness assessments for New Product Introduction and rate increases, including capacity confirmation, to ensure a timely ramp-up to production volumes.
  • Procurement to Pay cycle management
  • Prepare and maintain MIS Reports
  • Material ordering, delivery co-ordination
  • Geo supporting – India and USA

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Engineering – Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills, Negotiations skills, Analytical skill
  • Effective use of SAP, Ariba, MS office
  • Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to organize and plan work schedule.
  • Always maintain a professional presentation in appearance
