Role Description:

This position is for a lead Product and Technical Service technician coordinator who is under minimal supervision. Assists with planning, prioritizing, and managing technical service activities to ensure resources are used effectively and customer service agreements are fulfilled. Responds to complex customer inquiries and resolves technical problems related to installation, modification, upgrade, maintenance and repair of the company products or equipment purchased. May serve as a resource on varied tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Support & provide service via calls, emails and tickets

  • Work on provided offline activities

  • Follow given SOP’s and flag any unresolved issues, escalations to L2

  • Ability to diagnose and analyze technical problems

  • Analyse different systems and energy data to find potential for energy optimization.

  • Work on projects that requires data mining, analysis & presentation

  • Identify relevant trends, deviations, call drivers, perform follow up analysis and prepare visualizations

  • Provide training to L1 Engineers

  • Execution of bulk schedule/set point changes

  • Follows up and meets commitments to customer

  • Flexibility towards shifts and week offs as per requirement

  • Implementation of Controls programming changes

  • Troubleshooting and resolving platform based deviations

  • Ability to appreciate asset information dataset and modelling

  • Flair for root cause analysis and tracking issues to closure

  • Understand changes in the controls setup and initiate/recommend changes to the stakeholders

  • Propose new energy savings strategies and initiatives 

  • Additional adhoc activities to support business goals

  • Guide team members

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

  • Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience

  • Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work

  • University Degree – B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

  • A minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience

  • Working hours’ flexibility to meet customer requirements

  • Should possess a good behavioral attitude
