As a Senior Engineer in Test Engineering for Product Development within our Automotive division, you will play a critical role in developing, validating, and optimizing test solutions for cutting-edge automotive semiconductor products. You’ll collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debug and validate automated test solutions (ATE) for mixed-signal and analog ICs, ensuring robust coverage and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement test strategies for new automotive products from concept through high-volume manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, applications, product engineering, manufacturing, and quality) to drive testability and design-for-test (DFT) methodologies.
  • Analyze test data, identify root causes for yield and quality issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize manufacturing performance.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, preferably in automotive product development.
  • Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal IC test methodologies, ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne), and scripting/programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python).
  • Demonstrated experience with DFT, test hardware design, and statistical data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global environment.
  • Experience with automotive quality standards (e.g., AEC-Q100, ISO 26262) is a plus.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on leading-edge automotive technologies that shape the future of mobility.
  • Be part of a high-impact team that values innovation, agility, and technical mastery.
