Senior Engineer, Test Engineering – Product Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced ATE hardware and software solutions for silicon validation, characterization, yield analysis, and manufacturing release.
  • Support Design for Testability (DFT) and Built-in Self-Test (BIST) initiatives to enhance testability and optimize factory costs.
  • Drive innovation by proposing creative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Lead new product test development projects, ensuring deliverables align with milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Evaluation, Applications and other Product support teams..
  • Mentor and guide engineers to strengthen technical expertise and performance.

Key Qualifications

  • Expertise in automated test platforms (Teradyne Flex, NI) and measurement solution development.
  • Skilled in programming languages including C/C++, Visual Basic, LabView, and Python.
  • Proficient with schematic/layout tools (Cadence Allegro) and bench equipment (oscilloscope, DVM, programmable units).
  • Experienced in statistical analysis and related tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at debugging measurement solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Education and Experience

  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree in ECE, EE or equivalent degree. Master of Engineering or Master of Science in Engineering is an advantage.
  • Strong background and experience in analog, digital and mixed-signal hardware and software test and probe development.
  • With 5+ years of work experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry preferably in Product Development.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
