Senior Engineer, Test Engineering – Product Development
Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced ATE hardware and software solutions for silicon validation, characterization, yield analysis, and manufacturing release.
- Support Design for Testability (DFT) and Built-in Self-Test (BIST) initiatives to enhance testability and optimize factory costs.
- Drive innovation by proposing creative solutions to technical challenges.
- Lead new product test development projects, ensuring deliverables align with milestones.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Evaluation, Applications and other Product support teams..
- Mentor and guide engineers to strengthen technical expertise and performance.
Key Qualifications
- Expertise in automated test platforms (Teradyne Flex, NI) and measurement solution development.
- Skilled in programming languages including C/C++, Visual Basic, LabView, and Python.
- Proficient with schematic/layout tools (Cadence Allegro) and bench equipment (oscilloscope, DVM, programmable units).
- Experienced in statistical analysis and related tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at debugging measurement solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Education and Experience
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in ECE, EE or equivalent degree. Master of Engineering or Master of Science in Engineering is an advantage.
- Strong background and experience in analog, digital and mixed-signal hardware and software test and probe development.
- With 5+ years of work experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry preferably in Product Development.
