Summary of Duties:
- Working collaboratively and creatively as part of a close- knit product team, be a part of the development process from end to end: consulting users, carrying out experiments, tackling complex business problems and implementing new products.
- Balance customer needs with business goals and know how to deliver technical solutions that enhance business value.
- Work with contact experience center associates to understand the real-life challenges of customers and discover what they need to move seamlessly between the online and in- person shopping experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues in product design, product management and systems architecture to develop experimental solutions and bring great ideas to life.
- Market your innovative ideas internally and evolve them according to feedback and critique within an agile environment.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practice to continuously improve what we do and ensure our customer experience is the best it can be.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations (any), Management (any), Engineering (any), Analytics (any), Business (any), Language (any), Telecom, Math, Physics, Electrical/Electronics, or a related field of study, AND Five (5) years of experience in In the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations (any), Management (any), Engineering (any), Analytics (any), Business (any), Language (any), Telecom, Math, Physics, Electrical/Electronics, or a related field of study, AND Five (5) years of experience, the employer will also accept a Master’s degree in in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations (any), Management (any), Engineering (any), Analytics (any), Business (any), Language (any), Telecom, Math, Physics, Electrical/Electronics, or a related field of study, AND Three (3) years of experience in In the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience with the following: Full stack application development; Implementing Salesforce custom applications for sales, service, or business office users using the Apex language; Salesforce custom application design including knowledge of limits, throttling, security and APIs on the Salesforce platform; Agile development teams and practices; Salesforce Managed Packages; Salesforce customization and administration; Apex and Lightning frameworks; API first design paradigm and cloud based hosting; DX; NET; and Azure.
