JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Engineer with 5+ years of experience configuring and managing domain-separated ServiceNow environments and extensive experience with System and customer integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that support multi-tenant environments while ensuring seamless integration with external systems.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Configure, and maintain domain-separated ServiceNow instances, ensuring data isolation, security, and compliance.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and ACLs.
• Design and implement custom integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub to connect ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Leverage ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Scripting to automate ITSM, ITOM, and other business processes.
• Implement and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC), data security, and best practices for domain-separated instances.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency within a multi-tenant architecture.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and customers to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementations.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide training/support to administrators and end-users.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• 5 years’ experience with setting up and configuring ServiceNow domain separation.
• 5 years’ experience in multi-instance ServiceNow environments supporting multiple customers.
• 5 years’ experience with ServiceNow platform administration, development, and customer integrations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., Active Directory, AWS, Azure, Workday, Jira, SAP, etc.).
• 5 years’ experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and others.
• 5 years’ experience with ServiceNow security models, ACLs, and domain-specific configurations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Hands on experience with ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and patching processes
• Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)preferred.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

$116,300—$155,600 USD
