KBR is looking for Senior Engineers to support the SMS Reliability Analysis Services Project, Adnoc, Abu Dhabi
Summary :
Highly experienced professional who typically support the Reliability & Maintenance function by developing maintenance strategies, optimizing preventive maintenance, leading RCA investigations, and monitoring performance indicators to drive asset reliability across ADNOC Offshore facilities.
Monitor and analyze reliability KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and failure trends to continuously improve maintenance performance.
Utilize SAP/Maximo data and field feedback to validate performance and ensure maintenance strategies are accurately reflected in the CMMS.
Review and update equipment-specific maintenance strategies using RCM/FMEA principles aligned with ADNOC asset integrity and maintenance philosophy.
Support RCA investigations to identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend practical short, medium, and long-term solutions.
Review existing PM history and task lists to re-engineer preventive maintenance programs ensuring technical accuracy and operational effectiveness.
Experience:
Minimum 07 years of Extensive experience in RAM analysis, measurement of reliability, facilitation of RCAs and FMEA/RCMs, PM optimization, and asset criticality.
Strong working knowledge of RAM analysis, measurement of reliability, facilitation of RCAs and FMEA/RCMs, PM optimization, and asset criticality.
Proficient in SAP, Maximo, or equivalent CMMS and data analysis tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical, Electrical, Control, Corrosion, Metallurgy, process or related engineering field.
- CRE - Certified Reliability Engineer
- CMRP – Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional
- Certification in the field of Reliability Engineering from reputed organization / Societies
