The Opportunity

As a Quality Engineer, you will be a developing professional at the heart of our quality mission. You will serve as a key technical interface between our customers and internal teams, driving the excellence of our products through rigorous qualification and proactive problem-solving. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction and product integrity in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
What You Will Do
- Customer Quality Management: Lead the customer return (RMA) process, spearheading cross-functional 8D problem-solving teams to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Product Qualification: Develop and execute comprehensive product qualification plans based on AEC-Q100 and other critical industry standards to ensure new products are ready for the market.
- Risk Analysis: Analyze reliability test data and manufacturing performance metrics to identify potential quality risks, ensuring we stay ahead of any reliability challenges.
- Audit Support: Actively participate in both internal and external audits of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring continuous compliance with global standards.
- Cross-Functional Interface: Work under general supervision to align internal engineering teams with customer quality expectations and requirements.
What You Will Bring
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in a quality, reliability, product, or process engineering role, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Problem-Solving Mastery: Strong knowledge of quality problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analysis software and the ability to interpret complex reliability data sets.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues.
