Responsible for resolving product reliability problem to meet the customer requirement Calibration and inspection of measuring and manufacturing equipment to control the accuracy of measuring and manufacturing equipment in conformance with prescribed technical requirements.

Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies. We are one of the pioneering corporations that invested in semiconductor packaging in Taiwan founded in 1974 with around 600 employees. It is very convenient to visit us through public transportation: bus lines and just 8 mins walk from Nanzih Export Processing Zone MRT station and 10 mins drive time from Zuoyang High speed rail station.
What you will be doing:
- Plan and execute reliability test schedules, capacity planning, and routine equipment check/troubleshooting
- Prepare, review, and revise quality and reliability specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve reliability issues to meet customer requirements
- Calibrate and inspect measurement/manufacturing equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide leadership and support to team members to drive department performance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment per company policies
- Establish calibration control procedures and manage related schedules and reports
What you will bring along:
- At least 3 years experience as process engineer in semiconductor assembly house preferred.
- English capability in reading, speaking.
