Job purpose
Committed in achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring that final inspection processes and documentation meet project requirements and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
Verify Pending MTC and TPI Schedule:
- Confirm pending MTC status and TPI schedule, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Document Review:
- Review documentation to ensure it meets project specifications and requirements.
Certification Pack Report Preparation:
- Prepare complete certification packs, including VTC and special process reports as per the ITP.
Briefing and TPI Coordination:
- Facilitate TPI inspections, including logistics and coordination with assembly teams.
Documentation Management:
- Prepare and send final documentation to external and internal parties, ensuring proper filing and handover.
TPI Punch Point Management:
- Register and address any TPI punch points, taking necessary actions for resolution.
Expertise
- Education: Diploma /BE / ME (Mech / Mechatronics/ EEE / E&I)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Skills:
- Proficiency in quality management systems, inspection techniques, and problem-solving. Familiarity with quality standards, lean and tools.
- Factory acceptance testing (Hydrostatic, seat leak & functional), Special product testing (FE, Cryogenic, Flow test, Gas test, etc)
- Knowledge in NDE techniques, Paint inspection and validation, Knowledge in product specifications, codes & standards
- Requirements & interpretation of customer / end user specifications, Identification & traceability and marking requirements
- Knowledge in preparing ITP and test procedures
- Knowledge in electric and electrohydraulic actuator, Knowledge in hazardous area certifications, Raw material manufacturing processes and material testing
- Design validation plan and records
Skills Required
- Diploma, BE or ME in Mechanical, Mechatronics, EEE, or E&I
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Proficiency in quality management systems, inspection techniques, problem-solving, and familiarity with quality standards and Lean tools
- Experience with factory acceptance testing (hydrostatic, seat leak, functional) and special product testing (FE, cryogenic, flow, gas)
- Knowledge of NDE techniques, paint inspection and validation, product specifications, codes and standards
- Ability to interpret customer/end-user specifications, and manage identification, traceability, and marking requirements
- Experience preparing Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and test procedures
- Knowledge of electric and electrohydraulic actuators, hazardous area certifications, raw material manufacturing processes and material testing
- Experience with design validation plans and records
