Responsibilities:

• Accelerator Development: Design, develop, and maintain software accelerators to streamline project delivery.
• Ensure accelerators are scalable, reusable, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate accelerators into various projects.
• Identify and fix bugs early in the development process.
• Project Incubation: Lead the incubation of new projects from concept to prototype.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Adapt to changing or high-level requirements with an exploratory and innovative approach.
• Estimation and Solutioning for RFPs: Assist in the estimation of project timelines, resources, and costs for RFPs.
• Provide technical solutions and strategies to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to craft compelling proposals.
• Exploratory Nature: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Experiment with new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
