Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Oracle Finance Cloud modules including Oracle Finance Lease management module.
- Open service tickets with Oracle and support the business team with any Production issues.
- Work with Oracle on patch releases and testing for the ERP Cloud modules.
- Educate business teams on new features released and provide application demos in a sandbox environment.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify their business needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership from requirement gathering till deployment
- On time delivery with quality, and good analysis and problem management skills
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Engineering degree with 5+ years experience in Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
- Experience in working with Finance modules especially Lease management is a plus.
- 5 years experience with BI publisher, sql tools
- Experience in working with Oracle support for ERP cloud modules
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
