Position Summary:
The Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization is seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior New Product Development (NPD) Engineer to design, develop, and support innovative liquid filtration products that drive long-term business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in semiconductor manufacturing and contribute to global technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives from concept to commercialization.
Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis to optimize filter performance.
Collaborate with global technical teams and customers to ensure alignment and successful criteria.
Deliver clear, concise technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor and coach junior engineers across cross-functional teams.
Publish technical work at internal and external conferences.
Support projects with up to 10% travel.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
3+ years work-related technical experience
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in the following areas is preferred:
Web handling, roll-to-roll processes
Pleating
Plastic bonding and other assembly techniques
Clean room manufacturing
Project leadership experience
Willing to be hands-on as needed in lab and clean room manufacturing environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, PowerBI) and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting
