JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior, Manufacturing Engineer
- Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)
- Develop & update the Process Flow Chart, PFMEA & ODS as required.
- Support the Manufacturing Quality Engineer in updating the Control Plan as required.
- Advice educate & train Team Leaders on all assembly process steps.
- Coordinate Kaizen Events once per month to implement Lean Manufacturing techniques (AMS) to eliminate waste.
- Coordinate with CI Engineer to optimize line layout & line balance according to customer forecast.
- Track, control & reduce Scrap, Rework & Downtime.
- Track, control & reduce consumables.
- Support all SOP online layout, assembly process, equipment ordering and buy off.
- Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with engineering for any engineering change on product & ensure engineering change information is transferred correctly to operating level.
- Coordinate with engineering to develop prototype seat as requested.
- Coordinate with Material & Engineering on BOM tear down events.
- Lead 5S improvement activities monthly.
- Support all of Plant audit (BOS, PPSC, IATF, Safety)

- Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Technologies, mechanical, industrial engineering
- Work in manufacturing environments at least 3-5 years
- Knowledge of takt timeline balancing method
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing
- Be able to use AutoCAD, 2D, solid work 3D
- Have knowledge in manufacturing system
- Knowledge on value stream mapping and Roll throughput yield
- Know QS 9000/lATF16949 quality system and all packs
- Good command of reading, writing, speaking English
- Excellent in office application software, words, PowerPoint, excels, Visio

- Knowledge of takt time and line balancing methods

- Proficiency with AutoCAD, 2D drafting, and SolidWorks 3D
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems
- Knowledge of value stream mapping and rolled throughput yield
- Knowledge of QS-9000 and IATF 16949 quality systems
- Good English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
