- Solid understanding of analog, mixed-signal, or semiconductor product fundamentals, with the ability to learn new technologies and apply engineering judgment across the product lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical work, manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and move projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, isolate root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment, product debug, test data, validation, characterization, or manufacturing support.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as datasheets, design specifications, test plans, qualification reports, and customer requirements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with analog or mixed-signal semiconductor products, including amplifiers, data converters, power-management devices, sensors, interface products, and automotive or industrial ICs; product engineering experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, including ATE testing, characterization, bench-to-production correlation, yield analysis, and test optimization; hands-on experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and product lifecycle processes, including reliability, qualification, failure analysis, wafer fabrication, assembly, final test, and product-change management; direct experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of structured problem-solving and quality methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action systems; practical application is an advantage.
- Familiarity with engineering tools such as Excel, Power BI, JMP, Python, MATLAB, Jira, Confluence, LabVIEW, PCB-layout tools, or equivalent platforms; proficiency with one or more tools is an advantage.
