- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered with relevant engineering board in respective country
- 10 to 15 years in hydropower engineering
- Undertake design, analysis and report writing at feasibility and detail design of large and/or small hydro power projects with minimal supervision
- Familiar with international design standards and codes applicable to hydropower
- Experienced in presentations and meetings with clients
- Have exposure in project management aspects of engineering services
- Willing to travel short term to project locations overseas
