Job Description

• Maintain & enforce Quality Management System based on requirements from legislation, customers, Japan HQ and ISO/IATF standards in order to establish customers' trust and facilitate new business introduction to this company. 
• Carry out planned periodical Internal Quality Audit performed to ensure implemented Quality Management Systems are maintained and PDCA the effectiveness and efficiency. 
• Periodically report the status of implemented QA Systems on obsolete documents, Change Management control, Horizontal Developments.
• To ensure QA systems implemented and well managed on the External specifications (HQ). Periodical reporting of the status is available. 
• Coordinate & ensure the well preparation of system, documents & operation floor for line audit/ check by customer and third party audit
• Follow up findings, on time report submission to customer & ensure 100% closure on audit findings

Qualifications

Qualification: 

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Material), Science (Physics, Materials) or relevant engineering course or its equivalent field from recognized Higher Institution. 

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Good writing skills
• Have knowledge and experience in preparing report

Experience: 

• At least 3 - 5 years experience in related fields
