Team Overview:
The role is for the Enterprise Tech – Finance – Accounts Payables team. AP teams consists of host of applications and integrations mostly on open source technologies – Java, Kotlin, React, Spring boot/Micronaut that are responsible for vendor payments and functions associated around it.As a Sr. Engineer, you will be executing the engineering design and development of Open Source applications in Enterprise Tech.
About You:
4 year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of software development experience
Excellent communication skills with both business partners and other engineering teams
Familiar with Agile principles and possess a team attitude
Strong problem solving and debugging skills
Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work with a limited set of requirements
Experience in building applications using Java or Kotlin is a must
Experience in building UI using react/Next.js is preferable
Experience in microservices, Spring Boot/Micronaut, NoSQL databases, and event driven architecture
Experience in building high-performance scalable APIs.
Experience with NoSQL technologies Cassandra, Elastic search, MongoDB is a plus Deep experience writing unit and functional tests and test-driven development
Experience building CI/CD pipelines Kafka and Docker experience
