Job Description
- Work with multiple stakeholders to identify, diagnose and resolve manufacturing process related problems such as quality excursions, manufacturing excellence and cost improvement.
- Responsible to perform exploratory data analysis from different data sources and correlate with APC modelling to find out the best variables
- Coordinate and implement Fault Detection (FD), Prediction and Run-to-Run modelling to manufacturing process related problems.
- Responsible to setup ETL pipeline for data integration from different sources to databases.
- Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC implementation together with cross functional stakeholders
- Responsible to verify data for completeness and model effectiveness.
- Develop machine learning (ML) applications according to requirements.
- Responsible to document all analysis in documentation page and ensure the information is up to date.
- Responsible to queries for information either using SQL/NoSQL/Python/etc and access relevant files.
- Handling additional duties from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics, or related field.
- Good at one of the data processing language (Python preferred);
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL programming;
- Experience in building models utilizing various analytical techniques, data science, modeling, and analytics
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in day-to-day work
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing process, control system functions, IT network architectures, data structures, data modeling and communication protocols such as SECS-GEM is an added advantage.
