What you'll be doing…
Understand the cutting-edge concepts and capabilities of PEGA and utilize them to engineer customer journeys; Develop and implement new systems and continuously ensure optimum performance of the systems; Lead multiple projects and manage deadlines along with troubleshooting to facilitate effective and efficient resolution of problems; Work with data and project managers to understand systems and consult with clients to understand business needs; Manage systems in a heterogeneous environment and deliver scalable and performant solutions that will drive seamless customer experience; Coordinate requirements and product deliverables between the offshore team and business SMEs.
What we're looking for…
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a software developer/engineer, programmer analyst, computer systems engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 4 years with software application development, and implementing Pega platforms including case management implementation, using Pega PRPC architecture, security model, and service interfaces, REST and SOAP-based web services. Also requires Pega CLSA or CSSA (Certified Lead System Architect or Certified Senior System Architect) certification. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
