Summer 2027 interns will develop and deploy predictive, propensity, and customer behavior models; prototype autonomous AI agents and tool-use workflows; and support customer segmentation and personalization. Partners with product groups and multiple stakeholders to understand needs, manage projects, develop BI services, and recommend actions based on findings.

Leads engineering delivery for Verizon’s enterprise AI platform, including an AI Gateway and Agent Development Lifecycle. Manages 3–5 engineers, owns the roadmap, operates Kubernetes across GCP and AWS, delivers model routing and LLMOps capabilities, establishes developer SDKs and self-service onboarding, manages FinOps and platform SLAs, and drives secure, scalable agent deployment and enterprise adoption.

Build and operate Verizon’s enterprise AI platform, including model-routing services, agent SDKs, MCP integrations, evaluation pipelines, and DevSecOps automation. Own production services end to end across architecture, deployment, monitoring, reliability, incident response, and on-call operations. Develop multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure, APIs, token and cost management, data pipelines, canary deployments, and automated rollback systems using Python and related cloud-native technologies.

Develops and positions Verizon Frontline technology solutions for public safety and public-sector clients. Partners with sales, business development, and cross-functional teams to identify digital transformation needs, create end-to-end solution roadmaps, lead customer engagements, and communicate value propositions through presentations, proposals, white papers, and industry events. Builds executive relationships, supports sales strategy, enables 5G and private-network use cases, and informs product roadmap priorities.
