The Enterprise Business Technology team delivers and supports global platforms across Human Capital Management (HCM), Corporate Financial Systems, Site Solutions, and Compliance, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (CCRS). We manage a diverse portfolio of SaaS platforms, commercial off-the-shelf applications, and custom solutions that power critical business capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow and SaaS platforms to design, build, and support scalable enterprise solutions.
This role focuses on technical execution, solution development, and integration delivery, working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development
- Design, develop, and configure solutions using:
- ServiceNow (App Engine, UI Builder, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Workspaces)
- SaaS platforms and custom applications
- Translate high-level designs into detailed technical implementations
- Build and maintain scalable workflows, integrations, and reporting solutions
Integration & Engineering
- Develop integrations using:
- REST/SOAP APIs, events, and middleware platforms
- Implement best practices for data exchange, error handling, and performance
- Support integration with third-party SaaS tools and enterprise systems
Collaboration
- Work with architects, Staff Engineers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and designs
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Quality & DevOps
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (ATF)
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Engineering skillset / training / work experience in relevant technical domain
- 3-5 years Engineering experience in relevant technical domain
- Hands-on experience with:
- ServiceNow: UI Builder, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
- Experience developing integrations and SaaS-based solutions
- Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one other language (Java/Python/etc.)
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration patterns
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with integration tools (Boomi, Kafka, Talend)
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD)
- Exposure to modern UI frameworks or Now Experience
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright)
