Key Responsibilities
- Staying aligned with emerging technologies and proposing innovative solutions

- Developing MVPs and Proofs of Concept for automation solutions

- Creating and executing unit and integration test cases
- Collaborating with Architects to engineer new capabilities
- Following Agile/SDLC processes and adhering to development best practices
- Working with Automation Analysts, account teams, and customer teams to deploy automation workflows
- Conducting code reviews to ensure compliance with standards and alignment with best practices
- Developing CMP‑related procedures interfacing with APIs for cloud and infrastructure manipulation
- Ensuring automation routines meet technical design and performance expectations

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expert-level infrastructure services experience
- Expert-level automation programming and scripting experience
- Expert-level ITSM and ITIL process knowledge
- Proven expertise designing and deploying automation routines
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
- Demonstrated thought leadership and innovation focus
- Proven ability to lead projects and deliver with excellence
Required Skills
- Automation tools: ServiceNow Orchestrator, Ansible, Foreman, etc.
- Configuration management tools such as Ansible
- DevOps experience
