Principal Duties and Responsibilities
DSM Program Development and Measurement and Verification (EM&V):
- Track operational issues and program changes that can impact program performance and assist in verification of savings.
- Assist in DSM Program Performance forecasting and update of program operating plans.
- Assist in implementation of Measurement & Verification (M&V) plans.
- Provide support in EM&V RFP and vendor contract negotiations.
- Assist in managing DsMore software tool.
Scorecard and Matrix Preparation
- Assist in design and development of program performance scorecards and matrix.
- Prepare analysis to support testimony and filing.
- Manage Cognos reporting environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement process to validate reported savings by different program vendors.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect Program Measure and Savings data from vendors and ensure update in DSM data warehouse.
- Maintain and improve MS Access database and DSM Data warehouse to provide timely data extract for research and analysis.
- Identify sources and collect and maintain industry data in MS Access tool to assist in EM&V research.
- Maintain all customer records related to energy performance contracts.
Budgeting:
- Assist with developing program budget and monitor and track program changes impacting budget.
- Manage variance reporting and forecasting of program budgets.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to better forecast and manage departmental budgets.
Invoicing:
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and invoice back up data and reconcile records with internal company employees and external vendors, and where needed recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Work with accounting and accounts payable to update and maintain accounting codes.
- Process invoices and keeping records of transactions (e.g., expense vouchers, receipts).
- Ensure compliance of time tracking by programs
Required Qualifications for Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business
- Self-Motivated, detail oriented, ability to maintain high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a heavy volume information processing environment
- Experience in database management, analysis, and reporting
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position
- Basic knowledge of Energy Efficiency evaluation methodologies and energy technologies is a plus

Salary Range:
$77,400.00 - $116,200.00
