The BBH Employee Relations team is a global function within the HR organization. We partner with managers, HRBPs, OGC and employees on all levels of the organization to promote and sustain a respectful, inclusive and productive working environment. We are seeking an employee relations expert to join our team and support our Polish casework based in Krakow office.

Some of your key responsibilities include:  

  • Manage day-to-day ER administration, such as medical accommodations, leave of absence management and performance improvement action plans.

  • Partner with HRBP team by providing pragmatic advice and coaching to business.

  • Collaborate with the ER team to ensure consistency of practice and processes.

  • Use available data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to foster positive employee relations in the business.

  • Ensure HR compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate guidelines, setting the direction for relevant changes in internal policies.

  • Investigate workplace related incidents diligently and fairly, tailoring solutions consistent with BBH culture and business values.

  • Design and facilitate manager training based on needs identified through data analysis.

  • Project management skills, experience driving programs independently

  • Effective communication and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrable ability to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders and work streams

  • Strong facilitation and business partnership skills

  • Business level English and Polish (speaking, reading and writing)

  • Experience working as an HR specialist (or similar position) in a global, matrix-structured organisation

  • Has practical knowledge of Polish labour law regulations, with experience in proactively implementing them through corporate policies

  • 5+ years of experience in an Employee Relations, HR Business Partner or equivalent role

  • BA/BS or equivalent education level is preferred
