As a Senior Electrical Engineer at ASML in Wilton, Connecticut, you will help develop the technology that enables the world's most advanced semiconductor manufacturing systems. In this role, you will take technical ownership of complex electrical and electronic systems while working across multidisciplinary teams. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will help shape product development from early concepts through validation, integration, and release.
Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the development of complex electrical designs and guide technical decisions across product development activities. You will collaborate with engineers from multiple disciplines, balance technical tradeoffs, and ensure solutions meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements.
- Lead the design and development of complex electrical and electronic systems.
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications and design solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technical risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs.
- Drive system architecture, integration activities, and design validation efforts.
- Support testing, verification, and product quality improvements throughout development.
- Mentor and guide engineers while providing technical leadership on project teams.
- Document design decisions, assumptions, and technical requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in electrical product development, system design, or a related field.
- Experience leading complex engineering projects and coordinating technical activities across teams.
- Experience completing at least one full product development lifecycle from concept through release.
- Proficiency with electrical design, system integration, testing, and verification methodologies.
- Experience using engineering analysis and modeling tools. Knowledge of Python or similar technical software is preferred.
- Experience working in highly regulated, high-tech, manufacturing, semiconductor, or advanced engineering environments is beneficial.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$135,200-185,900Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
