Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
- Lead, coordinate, mentor, and manage EIT discipline engineers and designers; set deliverable plans, quality targets, and performance objectives.
- Plan, produce and review E&I deliverables: specifications, datasheets, calculations, single line diagrams, load lists, grounding/lightning studies, cable schedules, MCC/UPS/switchboard specs, instrument index and I/O list, loop and hookup drawings, cause & effect, control narratives, and material requisitions.
- Review and approve vendor documentation; prepare technical bid evaluations; manage interfaces with vendors, shipyards, and other disciplines.
- Drive compliance with international codes and standards (ISA, IEC, IECEx/ATEX, IEC 60079, IEC 61892, IEC 61508/61511, API, ISO) and client specifications.
- Lead 3D model, constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews; steward weight control inputs and multi-discipline integration.
- Execute quality management: ensure rigorous checking, traceability, as-built records, and resolution of NCRs, TQs, and deviations.
- Prepare and present discipline reports, progress metrics, and forecasts; control quantities and MTOs within budget and document changes.
- Enforce HSE requirements; embed safe design and pre‑commissioning/commissioning safety practices across the team.
Project Specific Responsibilities 项目具体职责:
- Lead ICSS scope: develop and validate logic for DCS/ESD/F&G/PSD, including permissive, trips, voting, bypass/override philosophy, partial stroke testing, and full traceability to SRS, SIL targets, HAZOP/LOPA/CHAZOP actions.
- Plan and execute pre‑commissioning and commissioning: instrument calibration and bench checks, continuity and insulation resistance tests, marshalling/I/O verification, device configuration (HART/FF), loop checks (cold/hot), F&G mapping and cause & effect testing, MOV and control valve setup, motor solo runs, VSD tuning, black start/load shedding, package SATs, punch closure.
- Ensure hazardous area compliance: zoning and equipment selection (Ex d/e/i/p/m/t), EPLs and temperature classes, proper marking/certificates per IECEx/ATEX and IEC 60079 series, and inspection/maintenance planning per IEC 60079‑17.
- Coordinate electrical system such as, but not limited to: power generation/distribution, HV/LV switchgear, MCCs (fixed/drawout), VSD/VFD, earthing/bonding, normal/emergency/Ex lighting, heat tracing, and EMC/EMI controls.
- Support and document technical meetings, FAT/SATs, and model reviews; maintain interface registers and action tracking.
- Support procurement and contract administration: material take-offs, quantities verification, change management, claims inputs, and payment certification reviews related to EIT scope.
- Typical systems and tools for candidate assessment:
- Electrical equipment: generators; HV/LV switchgear; MCCs; VFDs/soft starters; UPS/IPS and batteries; transformers; earthing/bonding; Ex lighting; cable management; electrical/steam heat tracing.
- Pre‑commissioning/commissioning practices: calibration; device configuration; loop and cause & effect testing; MOV setup; valve stroke tests; F&G mapping (IR3/UV/UVIR, point/line gas); HVAC interlocks; black start/load shedding; package SATs.
- Engineering tools: Hexagon SPI/InTools; AVEVA E3D/Navisworks; AutoCAD; ETAP/SKM; Dialux/Relux; Microsoft 365 toolset.
