Senior EHS

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Senior EHS to lead environmental, health, and safety oversight across ongoing projects under Cushman & Wakefield. This position acts as a key interface between local project teams and the regional EHS function — ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and best-in-class safety standards across all sites.
This role is ideal for a proactive EHS professional with strong reporting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills who enjoys both office-based coordination and occasional site visits.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Oversee EHS implementation across multiple ongoing construction and fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with local and regional safety standards.

  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments, providing observations and recommendations to project teams and contractors.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and contractors to ensure Job Safety Analysis (JSA), method statements, and permits meet compliance requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain EHS performance reports, incident summaries, and due diligence assessments for internal and client submission.

  • Provide input on design risk reviews, contractor selection, and site safety planning to ensure proactive hazard control and value-added project support.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of EHS/HSE experience, preferably within design & build or construction project environments.

  • Certified in K3 Umum (mandatory); additional EHS certifications (NEBOSH, ISO 45001, etc.) are an advantage.

  • Strong English communication skills — able to prepare professional reports and liaise with regional teams.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to influence stakeholders and promote a safety-first culture.

  • Willing to travel and do site visits as required.
