We are seeking an experienced Senior Editor who combines exceptional storytelling instincts with deep technical expertise in post-production. This role is responsible for crafting compelling content across film, digital, social, and integrated campaigns while serving as a trusted creative partner to agency teams and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEditorial Leadership
  • Edit a wide range of content including brand campaigns, documentaries, social content, experiential work, digital content, and integrated marketing initiatives.

  • Craft compelling narratives that elevate creative concepts through pacing, structure, music, performance, and visual storytelling.

Storytelling & Creative Development
  • Identify the strongest narrative approach for a project and translate creative briefs into engaging content, then make editorial recommendations that improve clarity, emotional impact, and audience engagement.

Technical Excellence
  • Serve as an expert user of Adobe Creative Cloud, with advanced proficiency in:

    • Adobe Premiere Pro

    • After Effects

    • Media Encoder

    • Photoshop

    • Illustrator

    • Audition

  • Prepare and manage offline editorial workflows for seamless handoff to:

    • Online finishing

    • Color grading

    • Sound design and mix

    • Visual effects

    • Delivery teams

Workflow Innovation & Technology
  • Evaluate emerging creative technologies, software, AI tools, and post-production solutions.

  • Recommend new workflows that improve creative quality, efficiency, collaboration, and scalability.

  • Help establish best practices for media management, version control, archive management, and project organization.

Troubleshooting & Operational Support
  • Diagnose and resolve software, workflow, media, and technical issues across post-production projects.

Team Leadership
  • Mentor junior editors and post-production team members.

  • Contribute to departmental standards, documentation, templates, and training.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of professional editing experience within an agency, studio, production company, network, or brand environment.

  • Exceptional storytelling and narrative editing skills demonstrated through a strong portfolio or reel.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.

  • Extensive experience managing offline editorial workflows through final delivery.

  • Strong understanding of color workflows, audio post-production, visual effects integration, and finishing processes.

  • Deep knowledge of video codecs, media formats, frame rates, resolutions, and delivery specifications.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and emerging production technologies.

  • Experience working on integrated campaigns spanning broadcast, digital, social, and experiential channels.

  • Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve workflows.

  • Motion graphics experience.

  • Experience developing workflow standards and post-production best practices.

  • Prior mentoring or team leadership experience.
