Job Description Summary
Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. has a job opening for the position of Senior eCommerce Analyst based out of its location in Fort Mill, SC. The wage range offered is $82,657 - $93,973 per year.
Job Duties: Develop weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting and forecasts. Deliver impactful reporting to Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design teams. Develop analytical approaches to solve the problems. Provide technical oversight and drive the development and execution of data analysis strategies to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, website performance, and customer engagement across multiple channels. Utilize various analytical tools to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators, conversion rates, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities and recommend strategies for improving digital performance. Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing teams, designers, developers, and business leaders, to define measurement frameworks, set goals, and ensure data integrity. Develop and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital analytics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation. Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Assist in the development and measurement of A/B tests. Assess product feature rollouts and ensure the quality of data captured.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in business analytics, marketing, or related field; plus 3 years of experience in digital analytics, digital marketing analytics, or eCommerce analytics. Will also accept Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in business analytics, marketing, or related field; plus 1 year of experience in digital analytics, digital marketing analytics, or eCommerce analytics. Requires demonstrated experience in Examining customer behavior in various data sources; Funnel analysis; Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, or HotJar); Tag management tools (Google Tag Manager or Adobe DTM); A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar); Data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau); and Data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R or SAS).

Sunbelt offers team members the following time off from work, subject to Sunbelt’s policies: twelve to twenty-five vacation days depending on years of service; five sick days; six paid holidays, two paid half day holidays, two floating holidays, one inclusion day, and one volunteer day (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement).
