职位内容:
1,直播达人开拓与合作:基于品牌定位与货盘,独立挖掘和筛选契合的抖音达
人。完成从初步接洽、商务谈判到合同签订的完整合作流程。积极探索并拓展新的
达人招募渠道,如MCN 机构、达人社群等。
2,直播执行与跟进,对达播生意达成负责:协调内外部资源,推动直播方案落
地,包括样品寄送、脚本沟通、上播跟进等。实时监控直播数据,协助处理直播间
的突发状况,确保直播流程顺畅,并完成达播生意目标。
3,数据分析与复盘:跟踪和分析直播核心数据(如GMV、观看量、转化率、ROI
等),定期输出复盘报告。基于数据结果,为达人策略和运营动作的优化提供决策
依据。
4,核心直播达人客情维护与生态洞察:维护与达人或其团队的长期稳定关系,提
高合作频次与忠诚度。持续关注抖音平台的规则变化、行业动态及竞品动向,及时
调整合作策略。
任职要求:
1,学历与经验:
-大学本科及以上学历,市场营销、电子商务、工商管理等相关专业优先。
-3 年及以上相关工作经验,有抖音电商、达人BDMCN 机构或直播运营背景者
优先。
-拥有口腔、美妆、食品等快消品类的达人、MCN 资源优先。
