Role Mission:

CUBE is seeking an exceptional Senior EA to serve as the operational backbone of the CEO's office - someone who executes with precision, anticipates every need, and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks in one of the most exciting businesses in RegTech.

This is an execution-focused role, not a strategic or advisory one. The CEO owns his own priorities, decisions, and internal agenda and the Senior EA will bring those decisions to life with speed, accuracy, and zero friction. Trust is built through consistency, and the standard is always right first time.

Alongside supporting the CEO directly, this role leads a team of two EAs who support the wider exec team, setting the standard, driving consistency, and ensuring the whole function delivers at the level CUBE expects.

You will be at the centre of a founder-led business operating at the highest intensity, with a front-row seat to one of the most exciting growth stories in RegTech. The right person will not just be comfortable in that environment, they will actively thrive in it, energised by the pace, the complexity, and the ambition of a business reshaping its industry.

If you are an EA who finds genuine satisfaction in flawless delivery, who thrives when the pace is relentless, and who wants to be at the centre of something genuinely exciting, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Executive & Diary Management

  • Manage the CEO's external-facing schedule with precision and proactivity, ensuring every commitment is executed without friction and his time is fiercely protected

  • Coordinate all external diary commitments, ensuring the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for every engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for all external meeting requests, managing prioritisation and scheduling on his behalf

Travel

  • Plan and manage complex, multi-leg international travel for the CEO and the wider exec team, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and contingency planning

  • Ensure all travel arrangements are meticulously organised and proactively managed, with the ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes

  • Remain London-based when the CEO is travelling, ensuring seamless continuity and coordination from headquarters

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a professional extension of the CEO's office, interfacing with clients, investors, and board members with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

  • Manage external communications and coordination on behalf of the CEO, always representing CUBE at the highest standard

Events & Workshops

  • Lead the end-to-end logistics for client days, executive workshops, and team sessions - from pre-event planning through to post-event follow-up

  • Liaise with front-of-house and guest services to ensure seamless execution at every stage

Team Leadership

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of two EAs supporting the wider exec team

  • Set and maintain high standards across the function, delegate effectively, and ensure consistent delivery across the team

Exec Team Support

  • Coordinate and support the broader exec team with scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day operational needs

  • Manage conflicts, maintain alignment, and keep a busy leadership group running smoothly

What We're looking for:

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar EA role. You will bring significant experience supporting a Founder or CEO, ideally within a high-growth tech, scale-up, PE, or financial services environment. You will be polished, professional, and entirely comfortable operating as an extension of the CEO's office, interfacing with clients, investors, and board members with confidence and discretion.

  • We are looking for an exceptional Senior EA who has built their career around executive support at the highest level - someone who takes genuine pride in flawless delivery and understands that in a role like this, the details are everything.

  • You will have led or managed junior EA or support staff before, and you will understand what it takes to hold a team to a high standard. You will be known for anticipating needs before they arise, for getting things right first time, and for staying calm and solutions-focused when the pace picks up - which at CUBE, it often does.

  • Above all, you will be someone who thrives on execution. You take ownership completely, you follow through without being chased, and you find satisfaction in making a complex, fast-moving operation run without friction.
