Job Description

  • Help in the strategy (if required) for and execute all local paid online acquisition efforts including:
  1. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik-Tok ads
  2. Search engine marketing (SEM)
  3. Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads
  4. Affiliates
  • Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC etc.).
  • Manage day to day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platformst.
  • Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and making adjustments as necessary to fulfil the set objectives.
  • Serving clients for tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews.
  • Spearheading relations with account team working on common accounts to ensure alignment with clients.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion-oriented ones.
  • Innovating to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and come up with creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition.
  • Share best practices with peers within group.
  • Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs.
  • Training and mentoring executives to take up implementations across platforms.
