Required:
- 15+ years industry experience
- 5+ years Dynamics 365 development, administration, and customization
- 3+ years Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse
- Ability to manage and deliver complex projects and solutions
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive, “whatever it takes” attitude

- SharePoint (2010/2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online
- Power Pages, Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory
