Salary offered:
- 12000 - 21000 gross per month (contract of employment)
- 718-1197 PLN net + tax per day (on B2B)
As a Senior Dynamics Engineer in Kainos, you’ll be responsible for developing high quality Low Code solutions which delight our customers and impact the lives of users worldwide. You’ll do this whilst learning about new technologies and approaches, with talented colleagues that will help you to learn, develop and grow as you, in turn, mentor those around you.
You will be responsible for articulating problems and processes in ways understood by all stakeholders - both business and technical, and for facilitating the analysis and design of cost-effective Low Code solutions.
You should actively participate and co-operate within the team, giving consideration to the communication needs of team members and clients. You begin to will lead facilitate in meetings with clients, asking questions, listening and giving honest information. when appropriate.
Role requirements:

Proficient in designing, building, testing and maintaining modern software applications particularly Dynamics solutions including at least 2 of the following: Customer Service, Field Service or Marketing

Experience of applying development best practices and patterns in relation to security, scalability and performance
-
Contributing to technical decisions and direction in a collaborative team environment, including architecture, estimation, product planning, user story/requirement creation.

Experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques

Experience of design and development across multiple layers of an application

Mentoring junior team members

Understanding of Low Code concepts and products, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ideally Microsoft Power Platform
