Fluency in German and deep Workday Financials or Payroll expertise are required.

Lead Workday Benefits implementations for global customers, including configuration, security, business process design, customer relationship management, solution delivery, and stakeholder presentations. Provide benefits expertise, cross-functional consulting, thought leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members. Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to deliver commercially viable solutions aligned with customer needs.

Lead Workday Talent consulting workstreams for enterprise implementations, configuring solutions, gathering customer requirements, delivering workshops and presentations, managing expectations, and ensuring commercially viable outcomes. Build customer relationships, provide functional guidance across Workday HCM, Learning, and Talent, support project delivery throughout the full lifecycle, and mentor junior consultants. Travel to regional customer sites may be required.

Manages end-to-end Workday implementation programs, including planning, resourcing, milestones, commercial management, risk, customer satisfaction, and transition to application management services. Acts as the key client interface, leads geographically distributed blended teams, supports solution definition, presents to senior stakeholders, and identifies opportunities for additional business. Responsibilities include discovery and design workshops, configuration, accounting and reporting requirements, testing, data migration, reconciliation, go-live readiness, customer training, quality oversight, consultant coaching, reusable delivery assets, and presales demonstrations.
