  • Craft the strategic narrative required to secure executive alignment, funding, prioritization, and sustained adoption
  • Serve as a senior advisor to executives on AI strategy, AI-enabled operating model evolution, and enterprise transformation choices
  • Reimagine clinician experience by understanding pain points, redesigning workflows, and activating clinicians into AI-supported ways of working
  • Modernize employee experience, adoption, learning, readiness, and behavior change for AI-enabled operating models
  • Partner with UX, product, clinical, operational, and technology teams to ensure AI improves the end-to-end experience, not only the technical process
  • Ensure patients, members, and caregivers experience AI as simplicity, clarity, access, and better care delivery
  • Design the future-state operating model, including structures, roles, rhythms, decision pathways, and accountability mechanisms needed to scale AI across clinicians, workforce teams, business partners, and technology organizations

  • Integrate clinical, operational, UX, product, data, engineering, quality, and delivery teams into a unified reimagination engine for AI-enabled care delivery
  • Define maturity models, scorecards, standards, and continuous improvement routines that sustain AI adoption after initial transformation
  • Lead the evolution of the AI Delivery Lifecycle across pods, sprints, and deployment cycles, ensuring readiness, quality, safety, and value realization
