What you'll be doing:
Own the end-to-end supply planning strategy and governance, supporting business objectives and achieving revenue goals.
Develop and evolve a scalable planning framework spanning chips, networking, memory, capacity, and server manufacturing to support rapid growth.
Ensure the integrity of key planning data inputs, such as BOM structures, factory yields, and cycle times, by maintaining a strict cadence with assumption owners.
Accelerate time-to-market by reducing supply chain complexity and implementing next-generation planning methodologies using AI capabilities.
Manage and elevate direct reports, ensuring continuous training and knowledge sharing throughout the supply chain organization.
What we need to see:
18+ years of overall experience in supply planning, with deep expertise in optics (transceivers) and switches.
8+ years of experience in a role leading teams or projects, with or without direct reports
Proven experience leading global teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and MRP.
Demonstrated success in implementing planning tools and driving their adoption.
Experience in supporting data centers, AI, networking systems, or high-performance computing products.
MBA or advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with supply chain planning tools or platforms powered by artificial intelligence or machine learning.
Prior experience at a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or semiconductor company.
