Job Title: Senior Director, Strategy & Operations

Location: 222 N La Salle St, Suite 1600, Chicago, IL 60601

Job Description: Plan and direct the operations of financial services company. Formulate policies for multiple business roadmaps across all post sales strategy and operations. Design and implement initiatives that focus on new projects and process optimization, including initiatives requiring end-to-end execution from initial assessment through recommendation and implementation. Work directly with executives in overseeing all aspects of operations, and preparing and delivering monthly presentations to C-Suite on key business metrics. Oversee and supervise junior team members in designing business models and launching new projects in the debt settlement industry. Prepare for high growth by leading others in identifying inefficient manual processes, re-designing and implementing automated processes, and proposing KPIs. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business to define needs and deliver solutions. Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with solid business judgment. Oversee and mentor direct report and junior team members. Work is performed in company’s office in Chicago with some remote work permitted per company policy.

Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related.

Experience Requirement: 1 year of experience in management analysis, strategy, operations management or related.

Special Skills: Must have work experience with each of the following: 1) Leading and optimizing proprietary sales performance processes and back-end operations to evaluate performance of debt specialists in debt resolution industry; (2) Utilizing CRM and reporting tools including Looker, Salesforce, and CapitvateIQ to maintain back-end operations and performance reporting; (3) Building and maintaining organizational processes to onboard new clients to debt resolution programs. Work is performed in company’s office in Chicago with some remote work permitted per company policy.

Salary range: $164,000-$246,000

The base annual salary range is listed below. This role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual bonus.

$150,000$200,000 USD
