What You'll Do
- Define and execute the regional services strategy to deliver world-class customer experiences with measurable business impact.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing multi-country team across Professional Services, Managed Services, and Customer Success.
- Manage the Professional Services P&L, driving revenue growth, delivery efficiency, and margin improvement.
- Expand and optimize Managed Services offerings to deliver recurring value and annuity revenue streams.
- Ensure implementation excellence, delivery quality, and scalable methodologies across markets and customer segments.
- Collaborate with global product, sales, and finance leaders to align services strategy with corporate objectives.
- Partner with system integrators and channel alliances to expand delivery capacity, pursue new growth opportunities, and co-sell implementation packages.
- Drive operational excellence through the implementation of playbooks, metrics, and platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in B2B software (preferably SaaS), with a proven track record leading Professional Services, Customer Success, and/or Managed Services organizations.
- Strong domain expertise supporting the Office of the CFO in areas such as expense management, travel technologies, and payments.
- Demonstrated success scaling services and success motions across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L, revenue growth, and margin optimization.
- Proven ability to collaborate with partners and channel ecosystems to deliver services and drive joint growth opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global, matrixed environment.
