- Define and own the enablement roadmap, including onboarding, pitch training, playbooks, certification, and knowledge delivery systems.
Storytelling & Strategic Messaging:
- Champion narrative consistency across all sales and client-facing materials.
- Coach frontline teams on how to deliver complex concepts (e.g., PurchaseLoop, SDK bidding, CTV) with clarity and confidence.
- Lead creation of persona- and use-case-driven pitch content that supports consultative selling.
Enablement Programs & Training:
- Design and scale onboarding and ongoing enablement programs that increase rep productivity and reduce time to ramp.
- Own sales learning paths in partnership with RevOps and Sales Leadership.
- Build content and training cadences around new products, market shifts, and competitive updates.
Sales Tools & Content Infrastructure:
- Own enablement tooling and content management systems (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, or equivalent).
- Establish governance, workflows, and performance measurement for content use and effectiveness.
- Monitor performance metrics and adapt programs based on insights and rep feedback.
You'll have
- 10–15+ years in sales enablement, product marketing, or GTM leadership roles—preferably in ad tech, martech, or B2B SaaS.
- Strong alignment with marketing and product teams; able to translate technical concepts into business value.
