About the team:

As part of our Revenue Operations team, you will be integral in supporting our Revenue Organization to help drive revenue growth and enhance our client experience.  We continuously focus on providing actionable insights, systems and process administration, and alignment between internal teams.

About the role:

The Senior Director Revenue Operations will partner closely with executive leadership and sales leadership to ensure the organization has the infrastructure, insights, and incentive structures necessary to achieve revenue targets.

We are looking to continue to elevate our Revenue Operations team to drive additional support and focus for our sales organization and ensure we are set up with best-in-class reporting, insights, and systems management.

In the short term you will:

  • Meet with internal teams to establish relationships and better understand our business, processes, data, and systems.
  • Define and develop a roadmap for the analytics hub and pre-sale function to build/improve processes, reporting and insights, and documentation while aligning with the business and stakeholders.

In the long term you will:

  • Translate growth goals into actionable plans across sales capacity, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Own the design, administration, and continuous optimization of sales compensation and programs.
  • Ensure compensation plans align with company growth objectives, motivate the right behaviors, and are financially sustainable.
  • Oversee the strategy and management of revenue technology, including CRM, sales engagement platforms, and compensation systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and adoption across all revenue systems
  • Align teams around consistent revenue processes, metrics, and performance goals.
  • Lead business reviews to provide visibility and accountability to our sales teams with focus areas including prospect targeting, rep performance, territory and account optimization, engagement and outbound activities, SPIFF performance and recommendations, and other KPIs
  • Provide monthly state of the business reviews through cadenced reporting and presentations while recommending opportunities and strategies to maximize revenue
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team.

What you bring to the team:


Required:

  • Extensive experience leading a Revenue Operations or Analytics team
  • Demonstrated success, knowledge, and expertise in Revenue Operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Comfort and expertise manipulating and analyzing large datasets, with the ability to extract key insights and communicate effectively to varying audiences including executive leadership.
  • Proven SalesForce subject matter expert with experience creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with go-to-market teams.
  • Proven implementation of systems and workflows, process excellence, and accountability management.

Preferred:

  • SalesForce certification
  • Management and/or administration of Revenue Stack including Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo
  • Experience supporting high-volume sales organizations
  • Background working closely with finance on revenue analysis and planning
  • Experience implementing or managing commission automated platforms.
  • Experience in a data-driven, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or other visualization tools.


Remote (US-only) pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 20% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
$190,000$230,000 USD
